12-06-09 - Portland, OR> Seattle, WA - A rarely produced play in general (the search to find it's last production in Seattle has proved futile as of late), Pam Gems' gutsy depiction of legendary French singer Edith Piaf will be presented as a staged reading for Seattle audiences on Sunday, January 24th and Monday, January 25th. The show will be produced by the Tickled Pink Players, directed by it's co-founder Aiden Karamanyan, and be presented at the Jewelbox Theater at the Rendezvous! In light of the nature for the piece, a quick set of rehearsals will be scheduled within the weeks leading up to the evening(s) of the reading. The auditions themselves will be very informal and relaxed, as the essential vibe is to have a good working team that will solidify the quick rehearsal process with flare.
